Our Story
From referrals to a national vision.
MAXEL Building Solutions LLC began informally in 2019, serving a handful of residential clients across the state of Florida. Word traveled fast — and through referrals alone, demand grew. By 2023, the growth was undeniable. We formalized the company to meet the requirements of the law, the industry, and the American market.
In 2026, we made the leap into commercial cleaning — the sector we were always built for. Today, we specialize in hotels, hospitals, daycares, assisted living facilities, executive offices, and corporate spaces across Florida.
Our vision goes beyond state borders. We aim to expand across all states of the United States, leaving our mark through clean, welcoming, and healthy environments — the spaces where people spend most of their time serving others.
